Clay Shirky gave a talk that covered community support at SuperNova 2007. During part of the talk he covers the value of community support – things like this blog, or the agile-testing list, or theSW-IMPROVE list.

It’s a great, inspiring talk about using open-source, and open-source tools to build community. Part of my explicit goal is to build the same thing in the software testing community.
