For contingency search, we charge a flat percentage of expected annual cash compensation, payable after the ninety-day evaluation is complete. The percentage is no mystery; we don’t require non-disclosure agreements and yes, you can talk to your friends about our rates.
Meanwhile, because the company is small and so is the overhead, Excelon can charge middle-tier rates for boutique service. Not only can our candidates pass the buzzword requirements on the HR sheet, they can actually build, test, and manage – and deal with the kind of risks and problems your organization actually has. Because technology projects is who we are, we can actually evaluate ability and aptitude.
We’ll send you people who can do the job and are available to work where you need them, when you need them, at the price range you are requesting — or else we don’t send them.
